The headset is not responding.
  • Instruct the visitor to remove and reapply the headset.

  • If that fails, power off the headset by holding the left-side button for at least 5 seconds, then power it back on and follow the setup procedure.

The VR-Experience doesnt restart automatically.
  • Remove the headset and wait for 15 seconds, then reapply the headset

  • If that fails, power off the headset by holding the left-side button for at least 5 seconds, then power it back on and follow the setup procedure.

If the VR experience is not aligned with the floor or the view direction.
  • Instruct the visitor to remove and reapply the headset.
